Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel services up to 30 days prior to the scheduled event date for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposits and costs already incurred. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Celestial Soirees reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be offered a full refund or rescheduling options.
